  10. I am looking for free software written in C++ that can be used to create,
  11. administer and score tests composed of multiple choice questions.
  12. It should be able to select questions along with the corresponding
  13. multiple choice answers at random from a database, display the questions
  14. and answers, permit the user to click on one of the answers using a mouse
  15. then calculate and report the user's score at the end of the test.
  16. It should also have a help menu which can give useful hints like pointers
  17. to reference material which can be used to find the correct answers.
